A ritual, reimagined.

The sleeve becomes part of the room again.

In Japanese listening bars, the record sleeve is often placed on display while the music plays. It gives the room a visual anchor: the selector, the record, the artwork, and the moment all connected.

Obi brings that ritual into digital DJ sets, giving Pioneer and Rekordbox users a clean way to show the artwork without changing how they play.

FAQ

Questions before you plug in.

Does Obi work with Rekordbox?

Yes. Obi is built around Rekordbox libraries and Pioneer/Rekordbox workflows, using Rekordbox metadata to find track information and artwork.

Does it work with Pioneer decks?

Yes. The best live experience is with Pioneer XDJ/CDJ players using Pro DJ Link over Ethernet, where track and BPM changes can update near-instantly.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Obi is designed for local DJ setups. Once installed, it reads local Rekordbox and device information without needing an internet connection for normal use.

Is there a free demo?

Yes. The demo lets you test the setup and detection flow before buying, with a visible demo watermark on the artwork output.

Is it available on Windows?

Yes. Obi is currently focused on Windows PCs used with Rekordbox and Pioneer DJ hardware.

Ready to bring the record sleeve back?

Make the artwork part of the set.

Download Obi for Windows or test the free demo before connecting it to your Pioneer/Rekordbox setup.
