Before contacting support
- Confirm Rekordbox is installed and running if you need track metadata or artwork.
- For Pioneer XDJ/CDJ mode, connect players by Ethernet and install Npcap on Windows if packet capture is unavailable.
- For mixer audio-reactive visuals, confirm the correct audio driver is installed and the deck channels are mapped correctly.
- Use the Obi setup guide and connection check from inside the app.

- Windows version.
- Obi version.
- Rekordbox version.
- DJ hardware model names.
- Whether you are using Controller/Rekordbox mode or Pioneer XDJs/DJ Link mode.
- A screenshot of the issue or exported logs if available.
